Cheesy Ziti with spicy sausage
Chicken nachos
Poor momma's lasagna.  (using lasagna noodles from the cupboard, sauce and hamburger)
Huevos Rancheros and homefries. 
Lemon Pepper Chicken
Baked potatoes topped with chili
Slow Cooker Applesauce chicken
Crisp and Creamy baked chicken
Velveeta egg and veggie bake

every dinner item will include a veggie of some sort and/or rice/pasta depending on the dinner.

5 pound bag potatoes                                              can black beans
2 large zucchini                                                        can kidney beans
small tub mushrooms                                                applesauce
small bunch broccoli                                                 cream of chicken soup
velveeta                                                                    miracle whip
2 blocks cheddar cheese                                          can petite diced tomatoes
unsalted butter                                                         can Rotel
sour cream                                                              shake-n-bake
ready to bake pie crust                                            apple cider vinegar
OJ                                                                          cinnamon
whole milk                                                              cereal
ff milk                                                                      breakfast bars
pop
tortilla chips
salsa
3 cans corn
3 cans peas

  1. Hey Rhonda....just wondering: do you print off all of these recipes that you find? Do you keep and file them? Do you save them on your computer? Just wondering how you manage the paper trail....

  2. I don't know what Rhonda does, but I know I have to have the print out in the kitchen with me. If the recipe is yummy I slide it in a place I have to store them, if it's not good I toss it away :)

  3. I used to save them in my recipe folder in my favorites. Most of them got lost when we installed the new hard drive. There's a few that I remember where they are so I can find them easily. Otherwise they are lost and I've started over.
